Cryogenic Transportation, Incorporated is owned by a private investment partnership that is led by McFadden Brothers, a New York City based firm. 

The company was founded in 1982 with headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.  CTI is currently located at its new corporate headquarters in Quakertown, PA.
