For Immediate Release: June 16, 2005 Cryogenic Transportation Announces New Financing Agreement Easton, Pennsylvania - Cryogenic Transportation, Inc. ("CTI"), a leading transporter of industrial gases, announced today that it has completed a new $11.5 million financing transaction with M and T Bank. According to David M. Boucher, CTI's Chairman and CEO,"M and T Bank has provided CTI with new financing for our trailer fleet and to support our working capital position. We are grateful to the M and T loan officers Gerry O'Loughlin and Kaj Karch for their insight into our unique needs." Cryogenic Transportation is a leading transporter of industrial gases by truck servicing customers throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. CTI is headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania and operates a fleet of 150 trailers and 135 tractors from a network of eight terminals located across the US. CTI just celebrated its 25th anniversary.
